A procedure in which a dispute is submitted, by agreement of the parties, to one or more arbitrator who makes a legally binding or non binding decision on the dispute. This is a private dispute resolution procedure in lieu of going to court. This is a consensual proceeding, meaning both parties must agree to it.
We are a neutral third party that, after hearing the case, will make a legal binding/non binding decision. Our process is a faster and more affordable alternative to court. All arbitration proceedings are confidential.
A request for Arbitration is made. Either voluntarily or through the courts.
The Arbitrator is invited to review the case details and ensure no conflicts of interest exist.
The parties are notified of the selected arbitrator and give an opportunity to object.
The Arbitrator and parties address preliminary issues, set timelines for evidence exchanging, then schedule the hearing.
The parties attend hearings
The Arbitrator will deliberate and render a final decision.
